Leveraging Mind-Body Neuroscience, Mindfulness, and Innovations in Healing that Promote Child Health and Healing

Since the CAHMI began in 1996, we have focused on promoting the wellbeing of the whole child. This focus led us to study and advance mind-body approaches to prevention and healing, including meditation and mindfulness, movement-based approaches like yoga and an array of methods that promote emotion regulation and help heal from toxic stress and trauma.
